Is it possible to change my order after it has been placed online?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Orders for same-day flower delivery are processed within 2-4 hours. Due to the nature of fresh flower products, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been created.

What is the best way to pay for my order?

All major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, are accepted at the UAE's leading flower shop.

Is it possible to return an item?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of flower arrangements.

Having said that, FLORIANA Flowers and Chocolate strives to deliver high-quality fresh flower arrangements and bouquets. In the event that the flowers were damaged in transit or you have concerns regarding the quality of the product, please contact us within 24 hours. Upon review, we will either replace or refund the flower product if the damage was sustained at our end.

After 24 hours from receipt, we cannot refund or replace any products.

When will my (online) flower order be delivered?

When ordering from our flower shop, you can select your preferred delivery time and we will deliver the floral arrangement during the selected time. As soon as your order is received, we will notify you if we cannot make the delivery during the requested time slot.

Is it necessary to create an account to order flowers online?

Creating an account before placing an order allows you to take advantage of all the features of our online flower shop and ensures a smooth checkout process.
